We work for a better future for the environment, for people and for business.

 

The food transition that the Carrefour Group Brazil proposes to lead is a major social transformation. It is a broad context of changes in habits and behaviours aimed at people’s general well-being and the preservation of the planet as a whole.

Our decisions are taken with the aim of minimising environmental impact throughout the production chain, promoting inclusion and democratising access to healthy food.

From this perspective, we guide our social responsibility strategy based on a central theme, that of food. Besides, we also act firmly with the animal cause.

The company is aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of Agenda 2030 of the United Nations (UN).
